- Maintain a thorough understanding of Lowe's products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the availability and organization of products on the sales floor.

Knowledge Of Lawn & Garden Products: A Sales Associate For This Position Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Lawn And Garden Products, Including Plants, Tools, And Equipment. This Knowledge Will Allow Them To Effectively Assist Customers In Finding The Right Products For Their Needs.
Customer Service Skills: As A Sales Associate, Providing Excellent Customer Service Is Essential. Candidates Should Possess Strong Communication Skills, Be Able To Listen To Customers' Needs, And Provide Helpful And Friendly Assistance.
Sales Experience: Prior Experience In A Sales Role, Particularly In A Retail Environment, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. Sales Associates Should Be Able To Identify And Capitalize On Opportunities To Upsell And Cross-Sell Products To Customers.
Physical Ability: Working In The Outside Lawn And Garden Department May Require Lifting And Moving Heavy Items Such As Bags Of Soil Or Plants. Candidates Should Be Physically Capable Of Performing These Tasks And Have The Stamina To Work On Their Feet For Extended Periods.
