We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate for our Inside Lawn & Garden department. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to assist customers in finding the perfect lawn and garden products for their needs while providing expert knowledge and guidance. We are looking for someone who is passionate about outdoor living and has a strong sales background. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a drive for success, we would love to have you on our team.

Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Demonstrate expert knowledge and understanding of the products in the Inside Lawn & Garden department.
Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs, including providing recommendations and suggestions.
Maintain a clean and organized department, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new and existing products in the department.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with both customers and team members.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products and company updates.
Operate cash registers and process payments accurately and efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
