Welcome to Lowe's, where we are passionate about helping our customers build their dream homes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our Building Materials team. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, share your knowledge of building materials, and assist customers in finding the perfect products for their projects. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and has a passion for sales.   1. Greet and welcome customers to Lowe's, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for them.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  3. Utilize knowledge of building materials to assist customers in finding the right products for their projects.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of Lowe's product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Continuously learn about new products and industry trends to stay up-to-date and provide customers with the most relevant and accurate information.
  7. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments, returns, and exchanges.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the building materials department is well-stocked and displays are organized and visually appealing.
  9. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services and upselling when appropriate.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including shelves, displays, and product aisles.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  13. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and contribute to the success of the department.
  15. Represent the Lowe's brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Building Materials: A Sales Associate At Lowe's Must Have Strong Knowledge Of Various Building Materials Such As Lumber, Roofing, Plumbing, And Electrical Supplies. This Includes Understanding The Different Types, Brands, And Uses Of These Materials.
