  1. Greet and welcome customers to Lowe's building materials department with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Assist customers in finding the right building materials for their projects, providing knowledgeable recommendations and advice.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of Lowe's building materials inventory, including features, benefits, and uses.
  4. Offer exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and effectively.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Be an expert in understanding and explaining product specifications, pricing, and warranties.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized department by regularly restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed properly.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  9. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  10. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
  11. Adhere to all Lowe's safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and team members.
  12. Provide support to other departments and assist with various tasks as needed.
