Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing them with a positive and friendly first impression of Lowe's.
Assist customers in finding and selecting the building materials they need for their projects, offering product knowledge and recommendations.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
Maintain a clean and organized department, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals, working together to create a positive and productive work environment.
Continuously expand knowledge of building materials and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing point-of-sale systems and following all company policies and procedures.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall success of the department and store.
Uphold the Lowe's values of integrity, respect, teamwork, and excellence in all interactions with customers and team members.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Building Materials: A Sales Associate At Lowe's Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various Building Materials, Including Lumber, Hardware, And Construction Materials. This Knowledge Will Allow Them To Effectively Assist Customers And Make Product Recommendations.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential For A Sales Associate At Lowe's. They Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers, Address Their Needs And Concerns, And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience.
