Greet and welcome customers to Lowe's in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and assisting them in finding the right building materials for their projects.
Develop a strong understanding of the various building materials available in the department and their uses, as well as any promotions or discounts currently available.
Proactively engage with customers to offer product recommendations and upsell additional items that may enhance their project.
Keep the department clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure that all customer needs are met and the department runs smoothly.
Continuously learn about new products and industry trends to stay up-to-date and be able to better assist customers.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees.
Embody the values of Lowe's by being professional, courteous, and respectful to all customers and team members.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking products, as needed.
Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized personal work area to promote a professional and customer-friendly environment.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the department and store.

Job Qualifications
