Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
Understand and effectively communicate information about the building materials department, including product features and benefits.
Utilize knowledge of building materials to assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.
Proactively seek out opportunities to upsell and increase sales.
