Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their building materials needs.
Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell building materials to customers.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of building materials and their uses to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Act as a brand ambassador for Lowe's by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure products are stocked and displayed accurately and attractively.
Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate and promote new products.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
Communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
Work collaboratively with other departments, such as the warehouse and delivery team, to fulfill customer orders.
Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.
Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and employees.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and team members.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
