Knowledge Of Building Materials: A Sales Associate At Lowe's Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Various Building Materials Sold By The Store, Including Lumber, Plumbing, Electrical, And Hardware Products.
Customer Service Skills: As A Sales Associate, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. It Is Important To Have Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Listen To And Address Customer Needs And Concerns.
