Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to assist customers in finding the right products for their home improvement projects.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services to customers.
Continuously learn about new products and services offered by the store in order to effectively sell and promote them.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Keep up-to-date with current promotions and sales events and effectively communicate them to customers.
Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively participating in staff meetings and training sessions.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and brand.
Use problem-solving skills to handle any challenges or issues that may arise during the sales process.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competition.

Job Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Retail Sales Associate At Lowe's Must Be Able To Provide Exceptional Service To Customers, Including Answering Questions, Recommending Products, And Resolving Issues.
Knowledge Of Home Improvement Products: Since Lowe's Is A Home Improvement Store, A Retail Sales Associate Must Have A Good Understanding Of The Products Sold In The Store And Their Features, As Well As The Ability To Make Product Recommendations Based On Customer Needs.
Strong Communication Skills: A Retail Sales Associate Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Other Team Members, Whether It's In Person, Over The Phone, Or Through Written Communication.
