Greet and welcome customers to the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their specific needs and preferences.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise displays.
Utilize knowledge of store layout and product locations to efficiently guide customers throughout the store.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
Continuously update and expand knowledge of home improvement products and trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Communicate effectively with customers and fellow team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Attend training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
