Receive and process incoming shipments of products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Stock and organize shelves and merchandise displays according to company guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including backroom and receiving areas.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies or shortages.
Communicate effectively with team members and managers regarding stock levels, product availability, and any issues or concerns.
Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Utilize product knowledge to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to pricing, returns, and exchanges.
Assist in other areas of the store as needed, including cashier duties, customer service, and restocking.
Attend and participate in trainings and meetings as required.
