- Receive and organize incoming shipments during overnight hours.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of received merchandise by carefully checking and verifying all items.
- Stock shelves and displays with received merchandise according to company standards and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized backroom area to facilitate efficient stocking.
- Use equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store merchandise as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or low stock to management.
- Collaborate with other team members to restock and replenish merchandise in a timely manner.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling and storing merchandise.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating merchandise and answering any questions.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory control and loss prevention.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working independently during overnight hours.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet the needs of the store.
Strong Organizational Skills: A Receiver/Stocker Must Be Able To Efficiently Organize And Stock Inventory In A Timely Manner To Ensure The Store Is Properly Stocked For The Next Day.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Physical Stamina As It Involves Lifting And Moving Heavy Items, Standing For Long Periods Of Time, And Working Overnight Shifts.
