Receive and process incoming merchandise deliveries according to company standards and procedures.
Stock merchandise on shelves and organize displays in accordance with store layout and planograms.
Ensure accuracy of inventory by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
Assist customers with locating merchandise and provide exceptional service by answering questions and offering helpful solutions.
Meet or exceed productivity goals and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Report any equipment or maintenance issues to management for prompt resolution.
Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers and make informed recommendations.
Adhere to company code of conduct and maintain a positive attitude towards customers and team members.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and job performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

Previous Experience In A Retail Or Warehouse Setting, Preferably In A Receiving Or Stocking Role.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Accurately Track And Manage Inventory.
Knowledge Of Basic Math And Counting Skills, As Well As The Ability To Operate A Forklift Or Other Material Handling Equipment.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Effectively As Part Of A Team.
Flexibility To Work Overnight Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, In A Fast-Paced And Physically Demanding Environment.
