We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Receiver/Stocker - Overnight. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our store is fully stocked and ready for our customers the next day. To excel in this position, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and has a strong work ethic. Receive and process incoming shipments of products and materials.
Verify accuracy of deliveries and ensure all items are accounted for.
Organize and stock products on shelves, ensuring proper placement and labeling.
Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
Assist with inventory management and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
Follow proper safety protocols and handle products with care to prevent damage.
Keep receiving and storage areas clean and organized.
Work efficiently to meet daily deadlines and ensure store is fully stocked for the next day.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating products and answering any questions.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Job Qualifications

Strong Organizational Skills: A Receiver/Stocker Must Be Able To Efficiently Receive And Stock Large Volumes Of Merchandise In A Timely Manner. This Requires Excellent Organizational Skills To Ensure Items Are Properly Sorted And Stored.
Physical Stamina: This Position Often Involves Heavy Lifting And Moving Of Merchandise, So Physical Stamina And Strength Are Essential To Safely And Effectively Perform The Job Duties.
Attention To Detail: As A Receiver/Stocker, It Is Crucial To Accurately And Carefully Inspect And Count Incoming Merchandise To Ensure Accuracy In Inventory Management. Attention To Detail Is Also Important When Stocking Shelves To Ensure Proper Placement And Display Of Products.
Teamwork: Lowe's Prides Itself On Its Strong Team-Oriented Culture, And A Receiver/Stocker Must Be Able To Work Well With Others To Complete Tasks Efficiently. This May Involve Collaborating With Other Team Members To Unload And Stock Merchandise Or Assisting Customers On The Sales Floor.
Time Management: As An Overnight Position, A Receiver/Stocker Must Be Able To Effectively Manage Their Time And Prioritize Tasks To Complete The Required Duties Within The Designated Timeframe. This Includes Being Able To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment And Meet Strict Deadlines.
