Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks in a timely and efficient manner.
Check and verify the accuracy of received shipments.
Organize, label, and stock merchandise on shelves and in designated areas.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking as needed to ensure product availability.
Assist with inventory management, including conducting cycle counts and reporting any discrepancies.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating products and answering any questions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including aisles and backroom storage.
Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move merchandise.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies while performing job duties.
Utilize computer systems to track inventory and complete necessary paperwork.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operation of the store.
Adapt to changes in job responsibilities and schedule as needed.
