- Assist customers in locating products and provide information on product availability and location.
- Ensure that the store is well-stocked and all products are readily available for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Use inventory management systems to track products and monitor inventory levels.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding shipping and receiving of products.
- Verify shipment contents and report any discrepancies or damages to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Participate in store-wide initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor product levels and alert management when inventory is low.
- Follow all Lowe's policies and procedures, including safety regulations, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Cross-train in other areas of the store, such as cashiering or sales, to provide support as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Lowe's by exhibiting a positive attitude and exemplary customer service skills at all times.
Knowledge Of Store Operations And Inventory Management: A Qualified Receiver/Stocker Should Have A Deep Understanding Of How A Retail Store Operates, Including Inventory Management Processes, Stock Replenishment Methods, And Product Organization.
