Job Description

Welcome to the Lowe's team! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Receiver/Stocker. As a Receiver/Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized for our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be key in maintaining our inventory levels and providing top-notch customer service. Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise and supplies.
Verify accuracy of received items and ensure they are properly labeled and stored.
Stock merchandise onto shelves, racks, and other designated areas in an organized and efficient manner.
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
Ensure all merchandise is priced and labeled correctly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with questions and locating merchandise.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Identify and report any damaged or expired merchandise.
Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
Uphold company values and standards, including a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Communicate effectively with management and team members.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

Prior Experience In A Retail Or Warehouse Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Receiving And Stocking Processes.
Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, Up To 50 Lbs, On A Regular Basis.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Accurately Track And Maintain Inventory Levels.
Familiarity With Common Tools And Equipment Used For Receiving And Stocking, Such As Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Hand Trucks.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Efficiently And Effectively With Other Team Members To Meet Daily Goals And Deadlines.
