- Receive and stock incoming merchandise and supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area and backroom.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory levels by conducting regular counts and reconciliations.
- Inspect incoming merchandise for quality and report any damaged or defective items.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate product placement.
- Assist with unloading and loading trucks, as well as moving merchandise to the sales floor.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner.
- Continuously monitor inventory levels and communicate any issues or concerns to management.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to assist customers.
- Keep work area clean and free of hazards, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or problems that may impact the receiving and stocking process.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve job performance and skills.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Knowledge Of Inventory Management: A Receiver/Stocker At Lowe's Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Principles, Including How To Receive, Stock, And Track Merchandise Accurately.
Familiarity With Lowe's Products: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Basic Understanding Of The Products Sold At Lowe's, Including Hardware, Home Improvement Supplies, And Appliances.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Frequent Lifting, Bending, And Standing For Long Periods Of Time, So Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
