Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure merchandise is properly labeled and organized in designated areas.
Maintain a clean and organized receiving area and stockroom.
Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels and merchandise placement.
Handle merchandise with care to prevent damages and ensure quality control.
Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling merchandise and operating equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries and locating items for customers.
Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and achieve store goals.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and changes in merchandise to better assist customers.
Assist with merchandising and restocking shelves to maintain a visually appealing store.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
Take initiative and identify areas for improvement in store operations.
Meet and exceed productivity and efficiency standards set by management.
Ensure all receiving and stocking processes are in compliance with company standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Stocking Procedures: A Successful Receiver/Stocker At Lowe's Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Inventory Management Systems And Procedures, As Well As Experience In Accurately Stocking And Organizing Merchandise.
Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: The Job Of A Receiver/Stocker At Lowe's Involves Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Of Heavy Objects. Candidates Must Possess The Physical Stamina And Strength To Perform These Tasks Consistently Throughout Their Shift.
Attention To Detail And Accuracy: As A Receiver/Stocker, One Must Be Able To Accurately Identify And Count Items, As Well As Ensure That They Are Placed In The Correct Location. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Maintaining The Organization And Accuracy Of Inventory.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: A Receiver/Stocker Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Team Members And Managers, As Well As Work Collaboratively With Others To Ensure Efficient And Accurate Stocking Processes.
