Receiver/Stocker

1. Receive and stock incoming products: Receive, unload, and unpack merchandise from delivery trucks. Ensure all merchandise is accurately counted, inspected for quality, and properly stocked on shelves and in designated areas.
2. Maintain store inventory levels: Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management team to ensure that products are restocked in a timely manner. Keep accurate records of inventory and assist with inventory audits as needed.
3. Organize and maintain merchandise displays: Work with store team to ensure that merchandise displays are neat, clean, and visually appealing for customers. Restock and rearrange merchandise as needed to maintain a visually appealing and organized store.
4. Assist with customer inquiries: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing information on product availability, pricing, and location within the store. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and safety: Keep work and storage areas clean and organized, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
6. Collaborate with store team: Work closely with other team members to ensure that all areas of the store are functioning efficiently. Communicate any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, inventory management, and customer service standards.
8. Meet productivity and efficiency goals: Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. Meet or exceed expected efficiency goals set by management.
9. Continuously learn and improve: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, store layout and organization, and safety procedures. Seek out opportunities for growth and improvement in job performance.
10. Provide exceptional customer service: Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers, providing exceptional service and assistance at all times. Strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure a positive shopping experience.
