Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise and supplies.
Stock merchandise in assigned areas of the store.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of stockroom and sales floor.
Ensure accuracy of inventory by performing regular counts and audits.
Assist with pricing and labeling of merchandise.
Communicate with team members and management to coordinate stocking and restocking of merchandise.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating merchandise and answering any questions.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols while handling merchandise and operating equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient restocking of merchandise.
Maintain knowledge of store layout and product locations to assist customers and team members.
Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
Assist with maintaining a positive and welcoming store atmosphere for customers.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and team mentality by supporting and assisting team members as needed.
Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity in receiving and stocking processes.

Job Qualifications

Experience In Stocking And Organizing Merchandise In A Retail Or Warehouse Setting.
Ability To Lift And Carry Heavy Items, Up To 50 Pounds, And Operate Equipment Such As Forklifts And Pallet Jacks.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Count And Track Inventory.
Familiarity With Lowe's Products And Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Team Members.
Willingness To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Meet The Demands Of The Job.
