Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise from suppliers and vendors.
Inspect and verify accuracy of received goods, noting any discrepancies or damages.
Stock shelves and displays with received merchandise, ensuring proper placement and organization.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out-of-stock items to management.
Maintain a clean and organized receiving area and backroom.
Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns related to merchandise availability.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of merchandise from receiving to the sales floor.
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and store processes.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize merchandise.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by management to support store operations.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members at all times.
Continuously strive to improve processes and efficiency in receiving and stocking operations.

Job Qualifications
