Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the ProServices program.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and make data-driven recommendations for improving the ProServices program.
Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to identify opportunities for growth and cost-saving measures.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices in the industry.
Communicate data findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the ProServices program and make adjustments as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in data analysis to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve data integrity and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Supply Chain Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Proficiency In Project Management And Experience Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Information To Stakeholders At All Levels.
