This position will be responsible for leading the development of HR technology solutions that help to improve the associate experience.To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. You should also have a strong background in HR technology with a focus on associate experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field• 3+ years of experience in an HR technology-focused role• Experience with a wide variety of HR technology tools and platforms, including HRIS, data analytics, and reporting• Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures• Proven ability to develop and drive HR technology initiatives• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently, be creative, and take initiative• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)We look forward to hearing from you!
