Job Description

At Lowe's, we are looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Analyst to join our team and help drive our digital marketing performance. Our ideal candidate is a data-driven individual with a passion for marketing and an eye for detail. With a forward-thinking attitude and a knack for problem-solving, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performance.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong grasp of digital marketing and analytics, as well as excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills. You should also have experience with data visualization tools and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Above all, you should be passionate about building and optimizing marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, and identify areas for optimization.
  2. Develop strategies to improve marketing performance and maximize ROI.
  3. Use data visualization tools to create meaningful reports and insights.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
  5. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing performance.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing programs are aligned with business objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain marketing databases and reports.
  8. Manage marketing budget and optimize spending across channels.
  9. Make recommendations for new marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  10. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
