  1. Develop and implement performance management strategies to improve employee performance and drive business success.
  2. Analyze and evaluate employee performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  3. Collaborate with managers and employees to set performance goals and expectations.
  4. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  5. Train managers and employees on performance management best practices and procedures.
  6. Monitor and track employee progress towards performance goals and provide support and guidance as needed.
  7. Identify and address performance issues and provide solutions to improve performance.
  8. Utilize performance management software and tools to effectively manage and track employee performance.
  9. Communicate with employees and managers to ensure understanding and buy-in for performance management initiatives.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  11. Serve as a resource for managers and employees on performance management related inquiries.
  12. Foster a culture of high-performance by promoting a positive and motivating work environment.
  13. Collaborate with HR and other departments to align performance management strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of performance management data and reports.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve performance management processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Performance Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Home Improvement Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Performance Management Best Practices And Experience In Implementing Performance Management Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Managers And Employees On Performance Management Processes.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With The Ability To Use Performance Metrics To Identify Areas For Improvement And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.
