Job Description

Lowe's is looking for a highly motivated Merchandising Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the experience and enthusiasm needed to provide exceptional service to our customers, while also ensuring that the store’s merchandising standards are met. This position requires a person who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle all aspects of store merchandising.The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; at least five years’ experience in merchandising management, including setting up displays, categorizing merchandise, and ensuring product availability; excellent communication and customer service skills; and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.We’re looking for a Merchandising Service Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and has the drive to continuously strive for greatness. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain store merchandising standards, including setting up displays, categorizing merchandise, and ensuring product availability.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Monitor store sales performance and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Train and manage store staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and providing excellent customer service.
  6. Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
  7. Work with vendors to negotiate the best prices and terms for store products.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  10. Monitor store safety and security practices.
