Job Description

As a Merchandising Service Manager at Lowe's, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for leading and executing in-store merchandising activities and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer service, has a great eye for detail, and is eager to take on any challenge that comes their way.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of success in merchandising and customer service. You should also have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the success of our stores. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute merchandising strategies to ensure optimal product placement in-store.
  2. Ensure product displays and in-store visuals are consistent with company standards and brand initiatives.
  3. Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy and take corrective actions as needed.
  4. Train, coach and lead the merchandising team to ensure customer service excellence.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with in-store personnel and customers.
  6. Analyze store performance data and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Maintain a high level of knowledge of store products, services, and promotions.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
