
Merchandising Service Manager
As a Merchandising Service Manager at Lowe's, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for leading and executing in-store merchandising activities and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to ensure optimal product placement in-store.
- Ensure product displays and in-store visuals are consistent with company standards and brand initiatives.
- Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy and take corrective actions as needed.
- Train, coach and lead the merchandising team to ensure customer service excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with in-store personnel and customers.
- Analyze store performance data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of store products, services, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
