Job Description

As a Merchandising Service Manager, you would be responsible for leading a team that ensures customer satisfaction while driving sales. With an eye for detail and a passion for leading others, you can make a difference in our stores. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a knack for providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience, preferably in a retail environment. In addition, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field, is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  2. Create strategies to optimize customer service and store performance.
  3. Develop and implement customer service standards and processes.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and ensure customer service issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  5. Develop and maintain effective communication with store staff and customers.
  6. Monitor store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
  8. Analyze sales trends and store performance data.
  9. Train and evaluate store staff to ensure customer service standards are met.
  10. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
