You will be expected to have at least 5 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure customers receive outstanding customer service.
  2. Ensure merchandise is safely displayed and accurately stocked.
  3. Lead and manage team of retail personnel.
  4. Maintain knowledge of merchandising trends and strategies.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and promote sales.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and stock shelves as needed.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to respond to customer needs.
  8. Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
