Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support to the merchandising team to ensure the success of the team.
Exhibit excellent communication skills when working with team members and customers.
Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
Ensure that merchandising techniques, marketing trends, and store operations are being followed.
Demonstrate effective leadership skills and the ability to lead a team successfully.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise and address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor store inventory and ensure that store shelves are stocked with the right products.
Track sales performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
