Maintain and care for all plants in the store, ensuring they are healthy and well-stocked for customer purchase.
Assist customers in selecting the right plants for their needs and provide expert advice on care and maintenance.
Create visually appealing displays of plants throughout the store to attract and engage customers.
Regularly restock and organize the plant section, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and priced.
Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
Keep up-to-date with trends and new products in the gardening industry to provide customers with the latest and most relevant information.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns related to plants.
Ensure all safety and sanitation protocols are followed when handling and caring for plants.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the plant section and storage areas.
Act as a brand ambassador for Lowe's, representing the company's values and commitment to quality products and services.
Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to plant care and merchandising.
