Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of Lowe's products and services.
Ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves and in designated areas.
Creating eye-catching displays throughout the store to attract and engage customers.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of merchandise displays and store layout.
Conducting regular inventory checks and restocking products as needed.
Collaborating with team members to plan and execute product promotions and sales events.
Communicating any product or inventory issues to management.
Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Following safety procedures and guidelines while handling and moving merchandise.
Assisting with unloading and unpacking merchandise shipments.
Contributing to the overall success of the store by meeting sales goals and targets.
Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Continuously seeking ways to improve and enhance the store's visual appeal.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers.

Job Qualifications

Experience In Retail Merchandising: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Merchandising Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Product Placement, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.
Knowledge Of Home Improvement Products: As A Merchandising Service Associate At Lowe's, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Stocking And Organizing Various Home Improvement Products.
