Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner as they enter the store.
Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring that all products are easily accessible for customers.
Maintain the appearance of the store by regularly restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring all signage is accurate and up to date.
Work closely with the store team to ensure that products are displayed in a way that maximizes sales and customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer questions, providing recommendations, and assisting with product inquiries.
Utilize strong attention to detail to ensure that all products are accurately priced and labeled.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or low stock levels to management.
Collaborate with other team members to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Be knowledgeable about current promotions, sales, and store events to promote to customers.
Follow all safety and security procedures to create a safe shopping environment for both customers and employees.
Maintain a positive attitude and approachable demeanor to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the store's appearance and customer experience.
Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and new products.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance standards.
Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by management.
