You will work closely with our merchandising team to execute planograms, set up displays, and maintain overall store appearance. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently. Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and execute effective planograms and display strategies.
Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times by regularly restocking shelves and maintaining proper inventory levels.
Use excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
Keep up-to-date with current merchandise trends and make recommendations for product placement and displays.
Use attention to detail to ensure all displays and merchandise are accurately labeled and priced.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including back stock areas and storage rooms.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating merchandise.
Work independently and proactively to identify and address any issues or discrepancies in store displays and inventory.
Adhere to all safety and company policies and procedures at all times.
Continuously strive to improve store appearance and overall customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Merchandising Principles And Techniques: A Merchandising Service Associate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Visual Merchandising, Product Placement, And Customer Behavior To Effectively Showcase Products And Increase Sales.
Strong Organizational Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Plan And Execute Merchandising Projects, Including Setting Up Displays, Stocking Shelves, And Maintaining Inventory Levels. Attention To Detail And Time Management Are Essential.
Customer Service Experience: As A Customer-Facing Role, A Merchandising Service Associate Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Environment. This Includes Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Assist Customers With Product Inquiries And Purchases.
Physical Stamina: This Job Involves Physical Tasks Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Items, Standing For Long Periods, And Working In Various Weather Conditions. A Merchandising Service Associate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
