Create and maintain visually appealing and well-stocked displays in accordance with company standards.
Ensure all products are accurately priced, labeled, and placed in their designated areas.
Conduct regular inventory checks and communicate any discrepancies or low stock levels to management.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan and execute merchandising strategies.
Use excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all tasks, including restocking shelves and maintaining product organization.
Continuously monitor and adjust displays to optimize sales and promote new products.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling and moving merchandise.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's brand positively at all times.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, working together to meet and exceed goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to make informed merchandising decisions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to time and attendance, dress code, and loss prevention measures.

Complete all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently within designated timelines.
