Ensure merchandise is accurately and efficiently displayed and stocked according to company standards.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete merchandising tasks in a timely manner.
Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company promotions to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
Identify and report any merchandise issues or discrepancies to management.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets.
Assist in setting up and taking down seasonal and promotional displays.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline merchandising processes.
Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork and respect among team members.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to merchandise handling and safety.
Assist in other areas of the store as needed to support the overall success of the team.

Job Qualifications

Retail Experience: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Merchandising Or Customer Service Role.
Knowledge Of Merchandising Principles: Applicants Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Merchandising Techniques, Such As Planograms, Stocking And Facing Products, And Creating Attractive Displays.
Physical Ability: This Job Requires Individuals To Frequently Lift And Move Heavy Items, Stand For Long Periods Of Time, And Navigate The Sales Floor To Restock And Organize Products. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle These Tasks.
Customer Service Skills: As A Merchandising Service Associate, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. This Includes Being Friendly, Approachable, And Knowledgeable About The Products And Services Offered At Lowe's.
Attention To Detail: The Role Of A Merchandising Service Associate Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail. This Includes Accurately Following Planograms, Ensuring Products Are Stocked And Facing Correctly, And Identifying Any Discrepancies In Product Placement.
