Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed according to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor at all times.

Assist customers with locating products and providing product knowledge.
Proactively identify and resolve any merchandising issues or challenges.

Uphold customer service standards and provide exceptional shopping experiences for all customers.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling and stocking merchandise.

Attend training and development sessions to enhance merchandising skills.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Flexibility to work in various departments and perform different tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications

Strong Knowledge Of Retail Merchandising Principles And Practices.
Experience In Setting Up And Maintaining Product Displays And Ensuring They Meet Company Standards.

Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, As Well As Stand And Walk For Extended Periods Of Time.
