Greet and welcome customers to Lowe's in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure that the store is visually appealing and products are accurately displayed and stocked.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Lowe's products and services to assist customers with their shopping needs.
Perform regular checks to ensure that all products are priced correctly and accurately labeled.
Ensure that all shelves and displays are properly stocked and organized according to company standards.
Identify and report any damaged or missing products to management.
Work closely with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with product selection.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the backroom and storage areas.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the visual presentation and layout of the store.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols and policies.
Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on all product knowledge and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
Display a positive and professional attitude at all times, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team members.

Job Qualifications

Retail Experience: A Merchandising Service Associate Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Merchandising Role. This Will Demonstrate An Understanding Of Customer Service, Inventory Management, And Store Operations.
Knowledge Of Home Improvement Products: It Is Important For A Merchandising Service Associate To Have A Strong Knowledge Of Home Improvement Products And Their Uses. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Assist Customers And Make Recommendations Based On Their Needs.
Organizational Skills: This Role Requires Strong Organizational Skills To Ensure That Products Are Displayed Correctly And In A Timely Manner. The Associate Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Pay Attention To Detail, And Maintain A Clean And Organized Work Environment.
Physical Stamina: The Job Of A Merchandising Service Associate Involves Physically Demanding Tasks Such As Lifting, Carrying, And Stocking Heavy Items. Candidates Should Be Able To Perform These Tasks With Ease And Have The Physical Stamina To Work On Their Feet For Extended Periods Of Time.
