Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
Assist customers in finding products and providing product information.
Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually appealing.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to management.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow merchandising guidelines and planograms to effectively display products.
Assist in setting up and taking down promotional displays and signage.
Communicate with team members and management to identify and address any customer needs or concerns.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and products.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and ensure store goals are met.
Proactively identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or complaints.
Attend training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and procedures.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications

Experience In Retail Merchandising: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Merchandising Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Knowledge Of Merchandising Principles And Techniques.
