Maintain and organize store merchandise according to company standards and guidelines.
Ensure a visually appealing and easily accessible shopping experience for customers.
Regularly restock and replenish merchandise on sales floor and in designated areas.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to management.
Collaborate with team members to create and implement effective merchandising strategies.
Assist with setting up promotional displays and signage.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any issues.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating and selecting merchandise.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and pricing information.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols while performing merchandising tasks.
Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Maintain a positive attitude and promote a team-oriented work environment.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
