- Continuously identify and implement improvements to the store layout and merchandising displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including backstock areas, to create a visually appealing and safe shopping environment for customers.
- Assist with scheduling and supervising team members in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns related to merchandise and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvement to the merchandising strategy.

Retail Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Merchandising Asm Job At Lowe's Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role. This Experience Should Include Managing Merchandising Strategies, Inventory Control, And Product Placement.
