We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Loader/Cart Associate on a flexible schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' shopping experience by ensuring carts are readily available and helping load merchandise into their vehicles. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, physically fit, and enjoys interacting with people. Greet and welcome customers to Lowe's in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure carts are readily available for customers to use.
Assist customers in loading merchandise into their vehicles.
Maintain a clean and organized cart area.
Monitor and retrieve abandoned carts throughout the store.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns.
Work efficiently to keep up with the fast-paced environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure a smooth operation.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
Be physically fit and able to lift heavy items as required.
Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude towards work and customers.
Be flexible and adaptable to work on a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Continuously strive to improve the customer shopping experience.
Uphold the company's values and brand image at all times.

Job Qualifications

Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, Up To 50 Pounds, Repeatedly Throughout A Shift.
Knowledge Of Proper Loading And Unloading Techniques, Including Securing Items For Transport And Operating Equipment Such As Forklifts And Pallet Jacks.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills To Assist Customers With Loading And Unloading Their Purchases And Providing A Positive Shopping Experience.
Flexibility And Adaptability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Respond To Changing Priorities And Customer Needs.
