As a Loader/Cart Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience by assisting with the loading of merchandise and maintaining the cleanliness of our store. Assist customers with loading merchandise into their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment by organizing and restocking carts.
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and labeled for easy identification.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of carts and loading equipment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating loading equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to assist customers and team members.
Continuously monitor store entrances and exits to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Assist with other tasks such as restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and helping customers locate items.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Maintain a clean and presentable appearance while on duty.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
