As a Loader/Cart Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and efficient shopping experience by assisting with loading and unloading merchandise and maintaining the store's cart fleet. Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise into their vehicles.
Maintain the store's cart fleet by retrieving and organizing carts in the parking lot and store.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs.
Ensure that merchandise is handled and stored safely and securely.
Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move merchandise as needed.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Uphold the company's standards for appearance and professionalism.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods of time.
Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks.

Take initiative to identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise.
