- Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from trucks and onto store shelves.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by regularly tidying up merchandise displays and keeping aisles clear.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move merchandise as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself, your team, and our customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations.
- Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies to management.
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers and team members.
- Uphold company standards and policies at all times.
- Attend trainings and meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items, and stand for long periods of time.

Physical Ability: A Loader/Cart Associate Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift Heavy Items, Push Carts, And Move Merchandise Throughout The Store. This Requires Strength, Stamina, And Good Coordination.
Customer Service Skills: This Role Involves Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, So Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential. This Includes Being Friendly, Approachable, And Able To Handle Any Customer Inquiries Or Issues.
Attention To Detail: A Loader/Cart Associate Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Merchandise Is Loaded Onto Carts Safely And Efficiently. This Includes Checking For Damaged Items, Proper Weight Distribution, And Securing Items To Prevent Damage During Transport.
Teamwork: This Position Requires Working Closely With Other Team Members, Such As Sales Associates And Cashiers, To Ensure A Smooth And Efficient Operation. A Loader/Cart Associate Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively And Work Well In A Team Environment.
Time Management: In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment, Time Management Is Crucial. A Loader/Cart Associate Must Be Able To Prioritize Tasks And Work Efficiently To Meet Deadlines, Such As Loading Customer Purchases Into Their Vehicles In A Timely Manner. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Multitask.
