We are looking for an experienced Learning Consultant to join the team at Lowe’s! The ideal candidate will bring a passion for learning and delivering training solutions to our team. As an integral part of our organization, our Learning Consultant will have a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our organization and its employees.To be successful in this role, the Learning Consultant should have a minimum of five years of experience developing and delivering training programs. They should also have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, as well as experience with learning management systems. The ideal candidate should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective training programs and solutions to meet the needs of Lowe's team.
- Utilize adult learning principles in training programs.
- Manage and maintain learning management systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve training issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive level personnel.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure successful completion of training programs.
- Research and recommend new methods and technologies for training.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction with training.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and practices.
