Job Description

As an Inventory Replenishment Senior Specialist at Lowe's, you will play a vital role in helping to ensure that our customers have the products they need when they need them. We are looking for an experienced individual with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically. This person should be comfortable working autonomously and have an ability to motivate a team.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory management and replenishment, and a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to use data to make informed decisions. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor inventory levels and create stock replenishment plans as needed.
  2. Analyze sales trends, identify potential issues, and make recommendations to improve inventory performance.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient inventory management and maximize sales.
  5. Monitor product pricing and discounts to ensure competitive pricing.
  6. Track and report inventory performance and identify areas of improvement.
  7. Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
  8. Train and motivate team members to ensure efficient stock replenishment.
  9. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and maximize inventory performance.
  10. Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.
