Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to ensure adequate stock levels and efficient inventory turnover.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and market demand to make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with purchasing and merchandising teams to forecast product demand and plan inventory accordingly.
Collaborate with suppliers to optimize lead times, pricing, and order quantities.
Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Identify and resolve any inventory-related issues or inefficiencies.
Communicate inventory status and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to inventory management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.
Train and mentor new inventory team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
Continuously identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance inventory processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Planning Or Management.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
